You should receive an auto email with your tracking info. If you don’t see it, sometimes it gets stuck in your spam folder. If you still don’t see it, drop us a line and we’ll email it to you.

We happily give full refunds for any reason whatsoever, even if it’s been mounted. So long as it’s not been drilled, altered, mutilated, etc. 

I’m sorry, but we’re no longer shipping outside of the US. It’s just gotten too difficult for a small shop like us to ship single pieces with a fair price and also be confident that it’ll arrive in a timely manner.
