Will this fit my guitar?

All of our parts use the same outside dimensions, shape, and mounting holes as the factory parts. Most of our designs ‘bolt on’ without modification; those that require modification to your guitar, we will show how to do that in a tutorial. If you’re not sure, drop us an email and we’ll walk you through it.

Can I get this in chrome, nickle, stainless, or ?

Sorry, no. There are several great businesses making parts out of those materials and we’d be happy to point you towards those that we recommend. We feel like our Titanium & Aircraft Aluminum parts are the way to go and will stick to these two materials.

Can you make me something special?

We’d love to! Many of our best ideas have come from musicians who wanted something that they couldn’t find elsewhere. Click over to our ‘Custom Shop’ page and submit your idea.

Will it match my other parts?

This is a tricky question and one of our most common. Short answer is ‘No, never exactly.’ Each metal, whether chrome, nickle, stainless, titanium, etc each has it’s own color when polished and no two are exactly alike. That said: Titanium is closer to nickle and our polished Aircraft Aluminum is hard to tell from chrome (at least looking, anyways).

Can I get a discount?

We offer two kinds of discounts. One, we call our ‘Builder Discount’ for luthiers that would like to purchase a variety of parts for several guitars. Whether full-time professionals or weekend warriors, we welcome your custom. The second is our ‘Wholesale Discount’ for music stores that require a small volume of our products ready to re-sell in retail packaging.

How much for shipping?

Shipping in the USA is always FREE with USPS 1st Class Post. If you buy more than can fit into our bubble mailer, then we will automatically upgrade you a Priority Shipping Box. If you want the Priority Mail option for any quantity, then let us know and we’ll do that for a small upcharge.

How about international shipping?

We ship most everywhere. USPS 1st Class Post is our most common shipper because it keeps the cost down. While it’s not the fastest option, things do get there. If you’d like to upgrade your shipping, just drop us a line and we’ll figure out your options.

What type of payment do you accept?

We use PayPal for payments, because it’s easy and well-known. You can use the money in your paypal account, your bank account, or credit cards, so its pretty universal. For our Custom Shop work, we will send out a convenient PayPal invoice before shipping.
